Mitchel is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, he is also a Registered Tax Agent. He has worked in business and tax services for over 11 years for firms on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. Mitchell has worked with Apex Accounting & Advice for the past 12 months, however he and Rowan started their working history together over 10 years ago and have worked together for a total 5 years.
Mitchell takes a special interest in Cryptocurrency, but also working in SME business advisory particularly in retail, logistics, personal services, and trades.
In his spare time Mitchell is running around after his 2 beautiful sons, he is a huge Cricket tragic – ask him ANYTHING, a long-time rugby league fan and a grieving Broncos supporter.
Tanya is the Business Development Manager for Apex Accounting & Advice. Tanya holds a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. She has worked in the financial services industry for the past 20 years and brings more than 5 years experience as a BDM to the practice.
In her spare time Tanya is spending time with her 3 children being a soccer mum or going on walks and hikes with Rowan.
Tanya has a special interest in helping people get the most out of their financial journey and she is here to not just assist with your accounting questions, but she will also help you with all financial needs, including mortgages, lending, business finance, financial planning and insurance. She has a vast network of connections and she will work with you to place you with the right professional for your needs.
Lily completed her Masters of Business majoring in Professional Accounting at QUT and has been working in the Accounting industry for the past 3 years. She is Xero certified with full payroll and migration certifications. Lily has extensive cloud accounting software knowledge and is the Apex Accounting & Advice lead Bookkeeper.
Lily is passionate about providing exceptional client services and looking for the best possible solutions for our clients. She prides herself in continually improving her skills and is in the process of obtaining her tax agent licence.
Lily loves spending quality time with her husband and their 3 small children and immersing herself in a good book in her spare time.
Jessica has been with Apex Accounting & Advice for the past 14 months and is completing a Certificate III in Business Administration through a Work-based traineeship.
She is also currently studying a bachelor of Communications (Professional Comm) and a bachelor of Nutrition Science (3rd Year) at QUT.
Aside from studying, Jessica loves listening to music and watching movies and videos in her downtime, she has special interests in learning about the world, enjoying international music genres, tv shows and movies and she is learning French.
Aina joined the Apex Accounting & Advice team 12 months ago and is our SMSF specialist and Bookkeeper. She is a Pinay from the Philippines, with over 8 years of experience in bookkeeping & accounting.
Aina graduated with a degree in Accountancy from East Central Colleges and has worked in private companies and full-service accounting firms where she has handled financial reports preparation, bookkeeping and taxation.
When Aina is not in front of a computer she spends quality time with her child and husband, travelling, having picnics and biking in the park, she also has a keen interest in nature and hydroponics farming where she is growing lettuce in her backyard during her spare time.
Eisen has been with the Apex Accounting & Advice team since October 2020.
She was educated at the East Central Colleges in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science and Technologies in Accountancy and she is passionate about developing her career in the field of Accounting.
Eisen is a pet-lover with 4 cats and 5 dogs. She recently enrolled for dress making to pursue her gift in fashion designing.
Eisen is also an active leader in their church, leading young professionals through a small group and she makes sure to have quality time with her family in her spare time.
